Sure Maintenance Ltd, the £18
million gas maintenance service provider in the North West,
has chosen Vixensoft as their preferred solution provider.
Asked to deliver a system which includes project management,
financial and service & maintenance modules, Vixensoft
installed in preparation for a 'Go Live' in early 2007.
Following a successful implementation, Sure Maintenance
are now looking to enhance their ViXEN solution with the
introduction of mobile data communication with engineers.
An initial pilot will be held shortly, with the long-term
intention of issuing all engineers with PDAs.
Sure's current portfolio includes approximately 80,000 properties,
with around a quarter of million jobs being processed and
completed every year. The company employs over 250 people
based at offices in Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham.
